The institution functions under the visionary leadership of KMEA, an educational organization founded in 1957 by the eminent educationists and philanthropists Late Sri. K.M. KMEA College of Arts and Science is headed by Dr. Amar Nishad T.M., Director, whose vision focuses on transforming the institution into a center of academic excellence and innovation. The college is further guided by Prof. (Dr.) K.M. Abdul Karim, Principal, whose leadership played a significant role in securing the institution's NAAC B++ accreditation. The institution operates under the stewardship of Adv. K.A. Jaleel, Secretary, a renowned academician, social activist, environmentalist, philanthropist, and former Additional Advocate General of Kerala.
