Chinmaya Vishwa Vidyapeeth (CVV) Kochi is committed to making quality higher education accessible to deserving students through various scholarships and financial aid programmes. The university offers Merit-Based Scholarships for students who demonstrate exceptional academic performance and achievements in extracurricular activities. CVV also provides Merit-Cum-Means Scholarships for academically strong students who require financial assistance to continue their education. In addition, the university offers the exclusive Chinmaya Alumni Scholarship for students who have completed their schooling from Chinmaya Vidyalayas. Caste-based scholarships and institutional financial aid schemes are also available for eligible students based on academic merit and economic background. To qualify for merit scholarships, students are generally required to maintain a minimum CGPA of 7.5 in university examinations or secure at least 70% marks in Class 12 examinations. For BTech students, those scoring above 75% in semester exams may receive fee concessions of up to INR 35,000. The general annual tuition fee at CVV Kochi is approximately INR 80,000, along with additional charges such as a refundable caution deposit of INR 10,000, lab fee of INR 3,000, and activity fees. The BTech Computer Science programme has an annual fee of approximately INR 1.6 lakh. Hostel facilities are available at around INR 14,000 per month, including vegetarian meals. CVV also collaborates with the Reliance Foundation to provide scholarships based on aptitude tests and merit criteria.
