Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham offers a wide range of merit-based scholarships for the 2026β27 academic year through the AEEE 2026 and JEE Main 2026 admission process. The scholarship system is designed to reward academic excellence and support deserving students across various campuses including Coimbatore, Amritapuri, Bengaluru, Chennai, Amaravati, Nagercoil, Faridabad, and Haridwar. Scholarships are provided as tuition fee waivers only and are granted on a renewable yearly basis for a single academic program. The university follows a five-slab fee structure, where students are allotted scholarship slabs based on entrance exam performance. Tuition fees range from scholarship slabs starting at INR 1,00,000β1,50,000 per year to non-scholarship slabs reaching up to INR 6,00,000 annually depending on the campus and branch. A one-time caution deposit of INR 10,000 is applicable during admission. To retain the scholarship, students must maintain strong academic performance and discipline throughout the course. Scholarship holders are required to maintain a minimum CGPA of 6.0β7.0 depending on the allotted slab, secure at least 75% attendance, clear all subjects without arrears, and maintain good conduct. Any disciplinary action or submission of incorrect academic documents can result in immediate withdrawal of the scholarship. A unique βOne-Way Slab Policyβ is also followed, where students who lose their scholarship benefits due to poor academic performance cannot return to a lower fee slab even if their grades improve later. This policy encourages consistent academic excellence throughout the program duration.
