Sri Mata Amritanandamayi Devi (Amma) serves as the Chancellor and guiding force of the university. Swami Amritaswarupananda Puri is the President, while Swami Ramakrishnananda Puri serves as Member of the Board of Management. Dr. P. Venkat Rangan is the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Maneesha Vinodini Ramesh is the Pro Vice Chancellor, Dr. Bipin Nair is the Registrar, Dr. P. Krishnakumar is the Controller of Examinations, and N.
