MET’S Group of Institutions, established in 2001 by the Mala Educational Trust (MET), is a reputed educational organization located in Mala, Thrissur, Kerala. Established in 2002, MET’S School of Engineering Mala  is a self-financing Christian minority institution affiliated with APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University (KTU) and approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. MET’S School of Engineering Mala offers B.Tech programs in Artificial Intelligence & Data Science (60 seats), Biotechnology Engineering (60 seats), Civil Engineering (30 seats), Computer Science and Engineering (60 seats), and Mechanical Engineering (30 seats). Admission to B.Tech programs requires successful completion of Higher Secondary education with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects, a minimum aggregate of 45% marks in the qualifying subjects, and qualification in the KEAM entrance examination. The institution also offers admission under NRI, FN, OCI, PIO, and CIWGC categories as per government and university regulations.

For postgraduate studies, the institution offers an M.Tech program in Bio-Process Engineering with 9 seats. Candidates must possess a relevant engineering degree with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks and preferably a valid GATE score.
